In addition to setting salespring's overall direction, Buster's main responsibilities are to challenge and inspire its leadership team. Buster's 15-year career in executive-level technology sales and early-stage technology funding make him uniquely qualified for the job:

• As Senior Vice President, Sales at PLATINUM Technology, a global provider of information technology management software and services, Buster was responsible for $200 million in annual revenues
• Before he joined PLATINUM, Buster held key sales management positions at Computer Associates and Software Recording Corporation
• In 1989, he was a co-founder of Confirm, Inc., a venture capital firm focusing on startup software and technology companies

Mark DeBroeck
Executive Vice President, Operations
As salespring's operations officer, Mark oversees the infrastructures, services, and strategies that support its lines of business. Mark gained his skills in building sales organizations in the following roles:

• Mark was Senior Vice President of Sales for divine interVentures, a major Internet B2B incubator firm and a key investor in salespring
• Previously, Mark was the Senior Vice President, Sales Operations at PLATINUM technology, where he was responsible for strategic planning, organizational modeling, global account management, and maintenance services worldwide. At PLATINUM, Mark managed 350 sales contributors and 30 sales managers and helped increase the company's revenues from $150 million in 1995 to nearly $1 billion in 1999
• Prior to joining PLATINUM, Mark spent 15 years at Hewlett Packard Company in sales, sales management and general management positions

Rick Davis
Senior Vice President, Consultation Services
Rick is salespring's managing partner of sales consultation. He has built an impressive career shaping innovative and highly successful sales organizations:

• During the last several years, Rick has been an independent consultant, providing sales leadership and process expertise to technology companies and business-to-business e-commerce firms
• Previously, Rich spent 10 years at Ernst & Young, where he pioneered the industry's first large-scale sales consultation organization, resulting in record revenue growth and significant competitive advantage

Tim B. Noe
Senior Vice President, Outsourcing Services
Tim is well equipped to lead salespring's Outsourcing Services after spending a lengthy career overseeing world-class technology sales teams:

• Prior to joining salespring, Tim served as Vice President of North American Sales at Acta Technology, a company specializing in B2B e-commerce enablement. His responsibilities included inside and outside sales, pre-sales technical support and all aspects of North American revenue and expense
• Before joining Acta, Tim was Senior Vice President of Sales of the North America 4 Region for Computer Associates. There, he managed two Area Vice Presidents, nine Regional Vice Presidents and approximately 80 Account Executives, carrying an approximate $110 million revenue goal.
• In addition, Tim has held senior sales positions at PLATINUM Technology and SunGard Data Systems, Inc.

Terence J. Mahoney
Senior Vice President, Channel Sales
Terry is salespring's leader of the channel sales group. With a seventeen-year history in the technology field, He has a long track record for delivering results.

• Prior to joining salespring, Terry served as Senior Vice President of Sales with PLATINUM Technology, Inc. for five and one-half years (5½). He was responsible for all aspects of sales in a billion dollar company. His extensive experience in executive management of multi-media presentations and proposals, personnel, major accounts, projects, purchasing and technical staff made him a valuable asset to PLATINUM.
• Before joining PLATINUM technology, inc. Terry was Executive Vice President, Auto Systems (1992-1994); Regional Director, Open Vision (1990-1992).
