As a global manufacturer, ICC recognizes the importance of local and regional support services. Our global network of design centers allows ICC to offer regional support under a central control.
In addition to our design and manufacturing capabilities, ICC offers complete logistical services and customer support. Regional Sales and Customer Service is essential to fulfill both global and local commitments to our customers.
Product Design Centers:
Located in the United States, Hong Kong, China and India with central control located in the United States. Customers can use these engineers for new product development or product improvement.
Self-Certification Testing:
Located in Chicago, ICC has an accredited UL laboratory. This lab is able to work with UL, CE and TUV to expedite any and all safety certifications required.

Labeling
ICC is capable of creating packaging or working with our customers to expedite the production of packaging. Either way, ICC does perform various tests to insure the packaging will withstand the transportation to market.
Merchandising Design:
A variety of merchandising pieces are available. These can be customized for a customer or used as a more generic piece. ICC's staff works with the individual customers to determine the best solution for the customer's needs.
Logistical Services:
Shipping, warehousing and other value added services are available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan and Brazil.
Regional Sales and Customer Support:
ICC's Sales Teams are based out of the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan and Brazil. But of course these dedicated professionals are able to meet the customer wherever is necessary.
